Self Care Retreat

I will be running a 3 day retreat in February 2020, where I will introduce ways to nourish and care for your mind body and spirit that can easily become second nature and will boost your state of mental health, immunity, and overall sense of wellbeing.

Taking place up north, an 1 1/2hr away from Auckland, incorporating Yoga, some Pilates, meditation and other wellness tools.
